Different Sizes are available:
- Polykar's Certified Compostable Bags 24" x 32" ( 10 Bags ) Fits older model 45L containers (ex. Weber and IPL) but not newer models (ex. Orbis). If you're not sure, choose the 26" x 36" bags.
- Polykar's Certified Compostable Bags 28" x 44" ( 10 Bags )
- Polykar's Certified Compostable Bags 35" x 50" ( 10 Bags ) Fits 80L and 120L containers perfectly.
- Polykar's Certified Compostable Bags 48" x 60" ( 10 Bags ) Fits 240L containers perfectly.
Polykar’s certified compostable bags are certified by the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI), the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ), and meet the standards of compostability set forth by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM-D6400), meaning they will break down into carbon dioxide, water, biomass, and inorganic compounds in less than 180 days in a composting facility.
Polykar has a co-branding alliance with BASF, the global chemical company, to commercialize and promote these bags throughout North America. ecovio®, the compostable copolyester made by BASF, and renewable materials are used in the fabrication of these bags.
